Food is always on my mind—what's on the menu, what to eat next, how to make it, how to grow it, or where I can find it.
I'm Tracie Holgate, a primary school teacher and new mother to Luella and Quincy, living in my hometown of Yarrawonga. My passion for food led me to create TT's Harvest, a venture supported by my network, where we produce freeze-dried and dehydrated Australian fruits and vegetables. Yarrawonga's proximity to numerous farming areas allows us to source fresh produce directly from growers at farm gates or farmers' markets.
As a teacher, I observe the impact of various foods on children's behavior and often see uneaten, freshly cut fruit and vegetables go to waste. As a new mother, I've also realized the critical balance between nutrition and convenience. Our super healthy, additive-free freeze-dried products address these needs, offering a convenient, wholesome snack that can be stored airtight and reused.
We lovingly process our small-batch products by hand in our food safe approved commercial-grade facility. TT’s Harvest freeze-dried fruits and vegetables allow you to enjoy your favorites year-round without losing nutritional value or adding sugar or preservatives. Our two-year-old, Luella, plays a crucial role in taste-testing, while young Quincy has recently started his quality control duties now that he has a few teeth. All our products have passed their rigorous inspections with flying colours!
