Kiwi Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup TT’s Freeze-Dried Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 fresh kiwi, sliced
  • Granola of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
  3. In a mason jar or glass, layer the chia pudding, granola, and fresh kiwi slices.
  4. Add another layer of chia pudding on top and sprinkle generously with TT’s Freeze-Dried Kiwi Fruit.
