Kiwi Chia Puddings
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds1 cup coconut milk1 tsp maple syrup (optional)½ tsp vanilla extract¼ cup TT’s Freeze-Dried Kiwi Fruit1 fresh kiwi, slicedGranola of your choice
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.In a mason jar or glass, layer the chia pudding, granola, and fresh kiwi slices.Add another layer of chia pudding on top and sprinkle generously with TT’s Freeze-Dried Kiwi Fruit.
